Process Engineer (m/f/d)

To strengthen our R&D team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Define, introduce and qualify new, automated production methods
  • Optimize and accompany production processes
  • Solve technical problems with manufacturing facilities and machines
  • Offer technical support to our production team
  • Prepare manufacturing documentation and technical work instructions for new production technologies
  • Assess/accept new production equipment at external manufacturers and in-house
  • Give support in technical staff qualification

Your profile:

  • Graduated in industrial engineering, process technology or comparative
  • Several years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international production company
  • Excellent skills in working with test- and measuring equipment
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Very good communication skills in Polish and English
  • Proactive, independent and goal-oriented work-style with a positive can-do mindset
  • Structured and analytical work routine with a strong focus on quality
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, also internationally
