Process Engineer (m/f/d)

To strengthen our R&D team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Define, introduce and qualify new, automated production methods
Optimize and accompany production processes
Solve technical problems with manufacturing facilities and machines
Offer technical support to our production team
Prepare manufacturing documentation and technical work instructions for new production technologies
Assess/accept new production equipment at external manufacturers and in-house
Give support in technical staff qualification

Your profile:

Graduated in industrial engineering, process technology or comparative
Several years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international production company
Excellent skills in working with test- and measuring equipment
Good knowledge of MS office
Very good communication skills in Polish and English
Proactive, independent and goal-oriented work-style with a positive can-do mindset
Structured and analytical work routine with a strong focus on quality
Willingness to travel occasionally, also internationally
