The DATA MODUL whistleblower system

In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, we would therefore like to give our employees as well as our customers and partners the opportunity to report misconduct anonymously without having to fear any disadvantages. With this option, we are expressing our commitment to an open and trusting environment.

What happens after your report?
Every hint, whether from employees, customers oder partners, helps us to maintain and further improve our standards. Once we have received a hint, we will confirm receipt and check it carefully. If it is necessary to request further information, we will get in touch with you. Even in the case of anonymous hints, we recommend that you provide a contact option to ensure secure communication in the event of queries. It goes without saying that all hints will be treated confidentially and whistleblowers will not be penalised.
As soon as an offence is suspected, a comprehensive investigation will be initiated. Once the investigation has been completed, the results are assessed and, if necessary, appropriate measures are taken.
