New 12.1" transmissive display in Blanview F technology

We have a new TFT by Toppan/Ortustech in our portfolio. Previously only available up to 10.4", we now offer the new 12.1" COM121T9M14CSS, which is the largest transmissive display from the manufacturer up to now. The patented Blanview F technology, based on FFS technology (fringe-field switching), ensures excellent readability of the screen content even under direct sunlight.

The viewing angle of 88° (L/R/U/D) guarantees excellent readability from any direction. The TFT has a LVDS interface, a resolution of 800 x 600 dots, a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and brightness values of 600cd/m². In addition, it features an extended temperature range of -30°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30° to +80°C. The LED backlight lifetime of 70,000 hours is in the upper performance range. Thanks to its technical features, the new Toppan/Ortustech 12.1" display can be used very well in the field of medical applications, EV charging stations or for parking guidance systems. The TFT is compatible with the discontinued Mitsubishi TFTs and is characterised by a long-term availability of approx. 5 years.
