Successful IATF 16949 certification

The main areas of the voluntary certification are product safety, risk management and emergency planning, requirements for products with embedded software as well as change, warranty and supplier management.

The development of IATF 16949:2016 became necessary in order to meet the demand for an internationally valid document with globally standardised QMS requirements. The standard combines all important requirements of already published national quality standards for the automotive industry, such as QS-9000, VDA 6.1, EAQF 94 and AVSQ. It offers a comprehensive quality improvement concept by means of which organisations, automotive manufacturers and suppliers can officially prove that they are committed to excellence, efficiency and on-time delivery. We have made appropriate adjustments and optimisations to internal processes. This way, we guarantee the highest standards in product quality, process stability and continuous improvement.
