Wheel on Display: Innovative combination of touchscreen and encoder

The wheel on display serves as the central control element and enables intuitive control of all main functions. The customisable user interface can be flexibly configured to provide an optimal user experience. Combined with the proven benefits of a PCAP touchscreen, the result is an innovative control solution that offers both tactile feedback and versatile interaction options. Especially in areas where distraction-free operation is required, the haptic feedback ensures greater safety and convenient user guidance.

Flexible design for a wide range of applications
A particular highlight is the variable design of the Wheel on Display. The first different variants will be presented at embedded world 2025 in Nuremberg - as a classic wheel and in a donut version. Many more designs will follow soon.

The Wheel on Display unit can be seamlessly integrated into existing end applications without having to fundamentally change the device design or even break through the cover glass. State-of-the-art touch controller technology enables the perfect combination of touch and rotary control, opening up new design possibilities in GUI design for the customer.
